Change Con - Design Changes

Bring 'n' Buy

The Bring 'n' Buy is an opportunity to turn those gaming items which may be unused in your cupboard into cash - and also a chance to pick up some rarely seen gaming items!

This year's BRING 'n' BUY will once again be supporting ECHO (Evalina Children's Hospital Organisation).

The rules for the Bring 'n' Buy are as always, 15% of the cash taken for what we sell goes to the Charity.

Selling

The Bring 'n' Buy will open for input on Thursday morning and will be open during trading hall hours for input until 12 noon on Saturday.

Money for sold items will be paid out between 5pm-6pm each day. All money and unsold items must be collected by 12 noon Sunday.

Buying

Opening Times: Thursday, Friday, Saturday - During trade hall hours

Notes

People wanting to place items on the Bring 'n' Buy should observe the following:

All items are left at the owners risk. The Bring 'n' Buy operators, Gen Con UK or the Venue are not to be held responsible for any items that may go missing.

Items are booked in and a ticket issued per item. Items may not be removed from the Bring 'n' Buy tables without checking them out with one of the operators.

If you are seen selling items from the booking in queue before they have been placed on the Bring n Buy we will refuse to accept other items from you. This is because by selling in the line you are a) causing an unnecessary obstruction and b) taking money from the charity.

Be Patient. If there is a queue to book in and the stall is busy selling we will close the Booking In until a sensible level of calm is restored.

Money for sold items will be paid out between 5pm-6pm each day. All money and unsold items must be collected by 12 noon Sunday otherwise they will be accepted as donations to the charity unless prior arrangement with the Bring n Buy organisers has been agreed.
